At Karhu, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your athletic pursuits. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the items in their original Karhu shoe box or packaging and securely seal the shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the gear.
